March Newsletter
Hello Turtle River Township, It’s a new year, and soon we will see the first buds of spring peeking out of their winter hiding places. As the warmer weather slowly creeps in, and our daily sunlight sluggishly grows longer, your township supervisors are once again evaluating our needs and setting the tax levy that will allow us to keep our roads maintained, provide for your fire service, and effectively regulate our ordinances.
Mark March 10th on your calendar. It’s election time and if you appreciate how your supervisors are serving you, the best way to show your support is to get out and cast your vote for them from 5-8pm on Tuesday, March 10th. These are local people serving the local community. It is also the date of our annual meeting. Meet us at Turtle River Town Hall on March 10th at 8:15PM to hear the proposed 2027 tax levy. Only by getting involved can your voice be heard.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at turtleriversup@gmail.com, or contact me directly via phone or text at 218-368-7550.
Thanks for your involvement and have an awesome day!
Jerry
